1. Who processes the data

This policy follows the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 and applies to the cattery website and all of its pages.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the forms on this website yourself:

• Name — so we know how to address you.
• Phone number or messenger username — so we can reply.
• Your message and the options chosen in the kitten finder (breed, sex) — if you provided them.

We do not ask for passport details, home address, income or any other data that is not needed to answer you. We do not process special categories of personal data or biometrics.

Separately, the website collects anonymous technical data: device and browser type, country and city by IP address, and the pages you visited. This data cannot identify you and is used only in aggregate.

3. Why we use it

• to answer your request — by e-mail, phone or messenger;
• to pick and show kittens that match what you asked for;
• to agree on a reservation, a visit, the handover of a kitten and delivery;
• to understand which pages are useful and which are not — anonymously.

Your data is not used for advertising mailings. It is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis

Your consent. You give it when you submit a form: every form has a consent checkbox and a link to this policy. A form cannot be sent without consent.

After a reservation, processing is also necessary to perform the contract you become a party to.

5. How long we keep it

Requests without a reservation — up to one year after the last contact. Data on completed sales — three years, the limitation period for contract claims. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

If you withdraw consent, the data is deleted within 30 days, except what we are required by law to keep.

6. Who else sees it

The cattery owner has access to the data. In addition, it may be processed by:

• the website hosting provider — as technical storage;
• messaging services (Telegram, WhatsApp, the phone carrier), if you wrote to us there — under their own policies;
• a transport company — name, phone and address only, and only if you ordered delivery of a kitten.

Data of Russian citizens is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

7. Cookies and statistics

The website uses cookies — small files your browser stores on your device. They remember the chosen language and display settings. Visit statistics are collected by web analytics services in anonymised form.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The website will keep working, but some settings will not be remembered.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct, block or delete the data if it is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• complain to the supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

9. How we protect the data

The website runs over HTTPS. Requests are accessible only to the cattery owner and only from personal, password-protected devices. The forms do not store data in the visitor’s browser.

10. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy — for example, if new forms or services appear. The new version is published on this page with the date shown at the top. By continuing to use the website after changes you accept the new version.
